Nireus
Nireus the biggest Mediterranean Aquaculture producer in the world acquires 100% of Ilknak’s shares.
2005
Juvenile
Investing in expanding the juvenile production and becoming the highest quality juvenile supplier in the Turkish market.
2007
Increased to double.
Due to high demand in Ilknak’s products farm capacity increased to double.
2009
50% Increase
Start operating a brand new adaptation unit, that helped the company to increase the juvenile production by 50%.

New investors
Nireus due to the financial crisis in Greece sells all its shares to Turkish investors.
2015
R&D
Started collaborating with Prof. Batargias Costas from the Fisheries & Aquaculture Technology Dept., University of Patras for the implementation of an efficient, long term breeding program.

New Facility
A brand new high capacity packaging and processing unit is built and operating in Menemen-Izmir.
