Traceability
ILKNAK runs a full traceability system that covers the full production process from juveniles to marketing.
Through a combination of printed and electronic files we can trace a final product back to the farm reared, the juvenile tank and even the brood stock used for breeding.
We also keep a complete record of all internal transportation, as well as the origin of the consumed feed and the raw materials used.The upper graph shows the main components of our traceability system.
